English Version (DMCA Notice)

The administration of Lingust.ru respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed on the website if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by sending a notice to our email: lingust.com@gmail.com.

Your Notice must include the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed, including a direct URL link to the specific page on Lingust.ru.
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will take appropriate action, including removal of the challenged material.

Как подать жалобу (DMCA Notice)

Ваше уведомление должно содержать:

После получения корректно оформленного уведомления мы обязуемся провести проверку и удалить или заблокировать доступ к материалу в разумные сроки.
